1) Is there any MOQ?

Ans. No, there is no MOQ. However, shipping fees is applied to orders below $100..

Ans. You can find on the product page in the description section.

3) What are the payment options available?

Ans. We accept all major credit and debit cards and all offer Paypal option to our customers.

4) Do you offer Bulk Order Discounts? 

Ans. For orders above $ 1,000, please Contact Us to know about the best offer.

5) Can I use multiple discounts in the same order?

Ans. You cannot club more then 1 discount at a time otherwise mentioned.

6) Can I cancel or modify my order?

Ans. Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us before the order is shipped. In order to modify the order you need to email us at info@giftix.in before the order is shipped.


1) How much do you charge for Shipping?

Ans. We feel proud to offer FREE SHIPPING in many countries like USA, UK, & Canada on orders above $100. For orders below $100, we have the following shipping options:
1. Sample Order @ $20 - For orders from $0 to $49.99
2. Base Rate @ $25 - For orders from $50 to $99.99


2) What is your Turnaround time?

Ans. Typically we dispatch same day, as we have RTS stock. Further our courier partners would take 4-5 business days to deliver the order. For orders placed on Friday night, it will be dispatched on Monday.

3) Who is your Courier Partner?

Ans. We use FedEx Priority Services, DHL & UPS for all our international shipments.

4) How can I Track my Shipment?

Ans. You can visit to Track Your Shipment page and provide your Tracking ID or Order ID to Track your order delivery status.
